The engagement begins as soon as read-only repository access is granted. Every reachable repository is measured, in-house and vendor-delivered alike, giving leadership an initial perspective on the whole estate, measured rather than estimated.
Weekly analysis, never more than a week behind the code
Analysis runs automatically every week. Repositories are triaged as critical, watch or healthy, decliners and improvers are named with their movement, and severe security findings go straight to the top of the list. Claroview watches the portfolio on your behalf and raises what needs attention.
A review rhythm producing documented proof
Executive briefings every two months, a quarterly portfolio review and an annual assurance report against the baseline. Each review reads against agreed targets, so improvement is proven rather than asserted. The rhythm follows the evaluate–direct–monitor cycle of ISO/IEC 38500:2024.
